Product Description

Design Purpose:
Intermediate coating in the anti-corrosion paint system for steel structures.

Product Features:
It has good adhesion, excellent moisture resistance, can resist atmospheric corrosion, and has good bonding with the primer and topcoat.

Product Composition:
Composed of long-oil pentaerythritol alkyd resin, micaceous iron oxide, aluminum paste, drier, solvent, etc.

Packaging Specification:
20 kg in a 20-liter container.

Supporting Varieties:

• Primer: Epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron oxide red primer, inorganic zinc silicate shop primer, etc.
• Topcoat: Alkyd enamel (outdoor type), polyurethane enamel (weather-resistant type), etc.

Reddish-brown or grayish-brown.

• General description of construction
• Mixing Ratio: Single can.
• Pot Life: Unlimited.
• Application Methods: High-pressure airless spray, air spray, manual brushing, or roller coating.
• Thinner: Alkyd paint thinner.
• Tool Cleaning: Alkyd paint thinner.
• Surface Preparation: Steel should be blasted to Sa2.5 grade or hand-rusted to St3 grade, with a surface roughness of 40-70μm.
• Temperature and Humidity: Substrate temperature should be between 5 to 50ºC, and must be at least 3ºC above the dew point. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%.

Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture under normal storage and transportation conditions.

9. Properly dispose of empty paint cans and leftover paint to avoid environmental pollution.
10. Take all other necessary safety and fire protection measures based on the specific situation on site.
