Design Purpose:
Designed to be used in conjunction with epoxy zinc-rich primer as a transitional layer for long-lasting anti-corrosion coatings. Its function is to enhance the sealing and anti-corrosion properties of the composite coating. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion and anti-rust primer.
Product Characteristics:
The coating film is tough, with excellent adhesion and sealing properties. It has good compatibility with both preceding and succeeding layers.

Recoat Interval

- Maximum interval time: Unlimited, but necessary surface treatment should be done before applying the next coat to ensure the coating film is clean and dry; otherwise, the intercoat adhesion and protection will be affected.

Application Conditions:
- Surface Preparation: The surface to be coated should be dry, clean, and properly treated. If used as a primer, the steel surface should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 or manually derusted to St3, with a surface roughness of 40~70μm.
- Temperature & Humidity: The substrate temperature should be between 5 and 50ºC and at least 3ºC higher than the dew point. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%.

- Airless Spray:
- Thinner: Epoxy-specific thinner
- Nozzle diameter: 0.4~0.5mm
- Spraying pressure: 1215MPa (approximately 120150kg/cm²)
- Conventional Spray:
- Thinner: Epoxy-specific thinner
- Nozzle diameter: 2.0~3.0mm
- Air pressure: 0.30.6MPa (approximately 36kg/cm²)
- Roller/Brush Application: Not recommended for large areas.
Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture under normal storage and transportation conditions.
Safety Precautions:
- Ensure proper ventilation in the work area.
- Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in and near the work area.
- Use explosion-proof electrical equipment.
- Avoid metal impacts.
- Prevent static electricity buildup.
- Wear necessary protective equipment.
- Avoid inhaling paint mist and prevent skin contact with paint and thinner.
- If paint splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- Dispose of empty paint cans and leftover paint properly to avoid environmental pollution.
- Take all other necessary safety and fire prevention measures according to the specific conditions on-site.
