Design Purpose:
Primarily used as a primer for long-term anti-corrosion systems for structures and steel products.
Product Features:
The coating film has excellent physical and chemical properties, is easy to apply, and has good compatibility. With a high dry film zinc content of up to 50%, it offers nice rust prevention performance.
Actual Usage: Approximately 0.45kg/m² for spraying, approximately 0.40kg/m² for brushing
Flash Point: ≥27°C
Mixing Ratio: 10:1 (by weight)
Drying Time:
Air drying (23°C): Surface dry ≤ 30 minutes, full dry ≤ 24 hours, fully cured ≤ 7 days
Oven drying (workpiece surface temperature 80±2°C): 60 minutes
Recoat Interval:
Minimum Interval: 6 hours (23°C)
Maximum Interval: Unlimited, but zinc salts formed on the surface must be thoroughly removed before recoating to avoid compromising intercoat adhesion and protection.
Pot Life: 5-15 minutes (23°C) Service Life: 4 hours (23°C)
Application Conditions:
Surface Preparation: Steel surfaces should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 level or manually rust-removed to St3 level. Surface roughness should be 40-70μm.
Temperature and Humidity: Substrate temperature should be between 0 to 50°C and at least 3°C above the dew point. Relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
